Transaction Information

We collect information related to your transactions, including order details, payment amounts, shipping information, and wallet balances. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.

Messages and Communications

We store messages you send through our in-app messaging system, including text messages and photos, to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.

Device and Usage Data

We automatically collect device information (device type, operating system), app usage data, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications and improve the Service.

  • Cloud service providers: We use third-party services for hosting, storage, and infrastructure (including image storage via Cloudflare R2).

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement access controls to protect your information. Payment information is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained as required by financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
